Following a 6-0 run at the start, KSU built a 51-26 lead at the break and was not threatened in the second half.
Its biggest lead was 91-60 after a basket by Jordan Henriquez-Roberts with 3:02 remaining.
Curtis Kelly scored 15 with six rebounds, four assists, three steals and six blocked shots.
Three others scored in double figures for the Wildcats (13-1), who have 10 in a row since their only loss, 86-74 on Nov. 20 against Mississippi.
Tyler Cain led South Dakota with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
Roman Gentry, the only other player in double figures, scored 12 with four rebounds for the Coyotes (6-7), who lost three in a row.
