Kim Kardashian insists she can Dance despite Massive Foot Injuryby Samia Sehgal - August 25, 2008 - 0 comments
" title="Kim Kardashian insists she can Dance despite Massive Foot Injury" /> It seemed quite like a ‘Disaster Movie,’ when Kim Kardashian was rushed to hospital on Sunday night after she sustained a nasty cut on her foot, just ahead of Alphabet's ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ which premieres Sept. 22. She reportedly sliced her foot open on a glass coffee table and according to a source there was "so much blood, it looked like a murder scene." Kardashian is now being treated at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. KK is to maker her silver screen debut in Disaster Movie, next Friday and was doing publicity rounds in the Big Apple to promote the upcoming film. Meanwhile, she had also been rehearsing her steps in preparation for the Dance show. "I wish this didn't happen," Kardashian said, but nevertheless made it clear that the injury will not keep her from participating in the upcoming reality show. The star of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ is perhaps recovering rapidly. “I will be able to dance," said the hopeful hottie and went on to explain what exactly landed her into that hospital emergency room. On noticing a broken mirror beneath the coffee table, Kardashian tried to push it away with her foot and ended up being sliced. "I went to the hospital and I'm fine." "If you're gonna hurt your foot, do it on the eve of the announcement," joked Tom Bergeron, the host of ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ Alphabet, this morning, announced the official cast for the seventh season of DWTS. Kardashian was included, along with R&B singer Toni Braxton, celebrity chef Rocco Dispirito, former ‘Wild On and Rock Star’ host Brooke Burke, Emmy winner Cloris Leachman, ex-N' Syncer Lance Bass, Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath, former star of ‘Married With Children’ Ted McGinley, Olympic Beach Volleyball gold medal winner Misty May-Treanor, and tube legend Susan Lucci of the ‘All My Children’ fame. |
