Even More Money-Saving Shopping Tipsby Selena Maranjian - November 10, 2007 - 0 comments
At MPire.com, you can zero in on good deals from even more retailers -- including Amazon.com, eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY), Target (NYSE: TGT), Best Buy (NYSE: BBY), and more. At myTriggers.com, enter the item you're looking for, and the site will search "over 100 million items from more than a million sellers" to help you find the best deals. Another shopping search consolidator is TheFind.com. I clicked on their "dog beds" link, for example, and found over 23,000 results from nearly 2,000 stores. Many retailer websites offer coupon codes, providing discounts or benefits like free shipping. Finding those codes can be tricky, but many websites are ready to help you. Search for "coupon," or "code," along with the name of the retailer you're using, and you'll likely turn something up. Or go to currentcodes.com or similar sites to browse through lots of available codes. A Foolish caveat: While they can make shopping simpler, these sites can sometimes complicate your quest, too. After all, who wants to search through 23,000 results?
