" title="R. Kelly still to face judge"/> Chicago -- Singer R. Kelly, who has yet to face a Chicago judge in a 5-year-old sex-with-a-minor case, sings about the case in his new album. Kelly, whose new album hits stores next week, was indicted on charges of making a child pornography video, after a tape surfaced showing him engaging in sex acts with an underage girl, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Sunday. If convicted, Kelly faces up to 15 years in prison, the newspaper said. The singer not only comments on the court case, but also features graphic sexually charged lyrics on his new album, "Double Up," the Sun-Times reported.
