NBA: Boston 95, Los Angeles Clippers 89

Boston -- Paul Pierce's 22 points led Boston past the Los Angeles Clippers 95-89 Monday, the Celtics' second straight win since Kevin Garnett returned to the lineup.

Garnett scored 17 points, Rajon Rondo had 16 points, 12 assists and four steals and Ray Allen posted 15 points for Boston.

The Celtics had lost 6-of-10 games while Garnett was out with a knee injury.
The Clippers had six players in double figures, topped by Rasual Butler with 17 points and Baron Davis with 16, but hit only 38.8 percent of their field goal attempts.
