Los Angeles had a 49-27 lead in the second period, but Toronto managed to cut the deficit to 54-45 by halftime.
Toronto finally caught up early in the final quarter, then fell behind again at 89-88 when Baron Davis made two free throws for Los Angeles with 6:58 to play. The Clippers did not score again in the game.
Andrea Bargnani put Toronto in front for good by hitting a 3-pointer with 4:34 to play, one of four long-range shots the Raptors made down the stretch.
